    • How often will you get new products in?
      • Themed collections will be released throughout the year. Follow us on instagram to stay updated on our launch dates.
      • How are your clothing products sized?
        • Each individual product on the website has its own size guide. Please refer to the appropriate size guide measurements before placing an order. Any additional fit details will be included in the product description of that item.
        • Do you restock designs that are sold out?
          • We will usually restock by popular demand. If you are interested in a sold out product on our website, please notify us by email or on instagram.

      Shipping

      • Where do you ship?
        • We currently only ship within the United States.
        • How long does it take to receive an order?
          • Orders typically take about 1-3 days to process then 3-5 business days to ship.

          • How do I track my order?
            • Once an order has been processed and shipped out, you will be notified through email and given the tracking details.
            • What do I do if I receive the wrong item/ a defective product?
              • Please send us an email within 48 hours of your package being delivered. Through email, we can evaluate the situation and assist you further.
              • What do I do if my tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my package?
                • Once we have shipped out your order, we recommend you contact USPS as they will have further details on the location of your package.
                Returns
                • What is your refund policy?
                  • At the moment, we are unable to accept refunds. However, we do accept returns for store credit. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
